目的调查中药处方调剂的差错,分析原因,通过实施相应管理措施,减少差错发生,以提高工作质量及医疗服务水平。方法收集2006年1月至12月的出门差错并分析差错原因,采取干预措施,再统计2007年1月至12月的出门差错及差错原因,然后进行比较。结果针对差错原因采取切实的干预措施后,各种类型差错明显降低。结论通过采取有效的措施,可加强中药调剂质量管理,使药房整体服务水平得以提高。
Objective To investigate the errors in the prescription adjustment of traditional Chinese medicines, analyze the causes, and reduce the occurrence of errors by implementing corresponding management measures to improve the quality of work and the level of medical services. Methods To collect the out-of-office mistakes from January to December 2006 and analyze the causes of the errors, take intervention measures, and then count the out-of-office errors and the causes of the errors from January to December of 2007, and then make comparisons. As a result, after taking effective intervention measures against the causes of errors, various types of errors have been significantly reduced. Conclusion By adopting effective measures, the quality management of traditional Chinese medicines can be improved, and the overall service level of pharmacies can be improved.
