工程网络计划在大中型工程的施工管理中较传统的横道图计划具有明显的优越性。目前,为数不少的大中型工程在招标文件中已明确要求投标单位使用网络计划技术编制工程总进度计划。1 投标阶段工程总进度网络计划的特点1.1 投标阶段的网络计划多为肯定型网络计划。投标阶段工程项目的设计已具体化,工程施工的各项工作及其间的逻辑关系和持续时间均为确定或可以确定。
