全面预算管理是企业现代化管理的一种有效手段。它主要通过对企业经营状况的一种数字性的总结,来实现企业资源的合理性配置,改善企业经营状况,有效实施企业战略目标。因此财务人员在企业全面预算管理中占据着非常重要的地位。企业的全面预算管理直接影响着企业的财务状况,影响着整个企业的成功与否,在竞争如此激烈的当下,高素质的财务人员在竞争中也占据着非常重要的地位。本文从全面预算管理的重要性和财务人员对企业的重要性,分析了财务人员在企业全面预算管理中的现状,结合个别企业的实际案列分析研究出财务人员及财务工作在企业全面预算管理中的角色和作用,并对财务人员在实施全面预算管理中所遇到的问题提出了解决方案。
Overall budget management is an effective means of modern management of enterprises.
