患者李××,女、27岁。末次月经1989年8月18日,停经30天开始有阴道少量出血,咖啡色,无腹痛,2天来无诱因突然大量阴道出血,呈鲜红色,伴有血块,无烂肉样组织排出于1989年11月22日以先兆流产急诊入院。既往体健。月经正常。孕2产0自然流产1次。全身体检无异常。妇科检查:外阴有血迹,阴道通畅。宫颈上唇光滑,下唇见有紫蓝色颗粒状隆起,质软,触之出血,宫颈口无出血,子宫如孕11~+周大小,质软,宫底无压痛,双附件(一)。B超检查:宫内活胎、胎头直径2.1厘米,符合妊娠月
