近年来,随着我国煤炭工艺技术水平的不断提高,规模的不断扩大,要实现高水平连续化大生产,必须实现原料管理特别是备煤控制的自动化。随着可编程控制器(PLC)技术的不断发展,应用PLC控制生产工艺过程的工业生产领域越来越多,为提高煤炭工业的自动化水平提供了条件。文章为此具体探讨了基于PLC的煤炭企业备煤控制系统的硬软件设计与测试。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China’s coal technology and the continuous expansion of its scale, it is necessary to automate the management of raw materials, especially coal preparation, in order to achieve high-level and continuous large-scale production. With the continuous development of programmable logic controller (PLC) technology, the application of PLC to control the production process of industrial production more and more, to improve the automation level of the coal industry provided the conditions. This article specifically discusses the hardware and software design and testing of coal preparation control system based on PLC.
