目的了解合肥市医疗机构消毒卫生状况,为提高消毒质量提供依据。方法采用现场抽样检测方法检测、分析。结果 2007～2009年共检测样品2839份,总合格率为95.2%。整体合格率呈逐年上升趋势,依次为93.4%、95.4%和96.4%。空气和医护人员手的合格率较低。不同类别医疗机构消毒药械合格率和不同环境级别空气合格率差别有显著意义(P<0.05),县级消毒药械消毒质量好于市级或省级,Ⅲ类环境空气消毒质量好于Ⅱ类环境。结论合肥市二级以上医疗机构消毒质量总体比较好,呈逐年上升趋势,但室内空气、医护人员手和使用中消毒液、紫外线灯消毒质量有待进一步加强。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection and hygiene in medical institutions in Hefei and provide the basis for improving the quality of disinfection. Methods Using on-site sampling and testing methods to detect and analyze. Results A total of 2 839 samples were tested from 2007 to 2009, with a total pass rate of 95.2%. The overall pass rate showed an upward trend year by year, followed by 93.4%, 95.4% and 96.4%. The passing rate of air and healthcare workers is low. The qualified rate of air-conditioners in different types of medical institutions was significantly different from that of air-conditioned ones (P <0.05). The quality of disinfectant was better than that of municipal or provincial level . Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions above the second class in Hefei is relatively good, showing an upward trend year by year. However, the disinfection quality of indoor air, medical staff, disinfectant and UV lamp needs to be further strengthened.
