目的 :探讨川芎嗪对糖尿病性视网膜病防治作用的机理。方法 :用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)制作糖尿病大鼠动物模型 ,分为正常对照组、糖尿病对照组、糖尿病川芎嗪治疗组 ,于第 12周测定各组大鼠视网膜组织NOS和AR活性 ,用免疫组化方法观察其VEGF表达的变化。结果 :川芎嗪治疗组大鼠视网膜组织NOS和AR活性、VEGF的表达显著低于糖尿病对照组。结论 :川芎嗪能够抑制糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织NOS和AR活性 ,减少VEGF的表达 ,从而对糖尿病性视网膜病起防治作用。
Objective :To explore the mechanism of the preventive and therapeutic effects of tetramethylpyrazine on diabetic retinopathy. METHODS: Diabetic rat animal models were made with streptozotocin (STZ) and divided into normal control group, diabetic control group and diabetic Ligustrazine treatment group. At the 12th week, the activity of NOS and AR in the retina tissue of each group was determined. The expression of VEGF was observed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS : The activity of NOS and AR and the expression of VEGF in the retinal tissue of the rats in the TMP treatment group were significantly lower than those in the diabetic control group. Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine can inhibit the activity of NOS and AR in retinal tissue of diabetic rats and reduce the expression of VEGF, which may play a preventive and therapeutic role in diabetic retinopathy.
