The State Bureau of Technical Supervision instructed seven experts to form an expert review team. From July 1 to July 3, 1996, it took three days to conduct a comprehensive review of the National Knitwear Quality Supervision and Inspection Center at the Tianjin Knitting Technology Research Institute.
