作者用光学及电子金相法和机械性能测试法研究了微量(0.1wt%)Mg 对Ni-2.5wt%Be 合金组织、性能和热处理制度的影响。结果表明,在Ni-2.5wt%Be 合金中添加0.1 wt%Mg 能显著抑制合金在热处理过程中的晶粒长大倾向及晶界不连续析出,提高时效强化效果。其最佳热处理制度为1090°±10℃/5~10分,水冷+500%/1~2小时,空冷。经此制度处理后,Ni-2.5%Be-0.1%Mg 合金的强度比不含Mg 的Ni-2.5%Be 合金的峰值时效强度高137 MPa(σ_b=1726 MPa,σ_(0.2)=1393 MPa,HV=6276 MPa(640kgf/mm~2),δ=4.4%,E=203902 MPa).
The authors studied the effect of trace (0.1wt%) Mg on the microstructure, properties and heat treatment of Ni-2.5wt% Be alloy by optical and electronic metallographic methods and mechanical properties test. The results show that the addition of 0.1 wt% Mg in Ni-2.5wt% Be alloy can significantly inhibit the grain growth tendency and the grain boundary discontinuities during the heat treatment, and improve the aging strengthening effect. The best heat treatment system is 1090 ° ± 10 ℃ / 5 ~ 10 minutes, water cooling + 500% / 1 ~ 2 hours, air cooling. The strength of Ni-2.5% Be-0.1% Mg alloy is 137 MPa (σ_b = 1726 MPa, σ 0.2 (0.2) = 1393 MPa) higher than the peak aging strength of Mg- HV = 6276 MPa (640 kgf / mm ~ 2), δ = 4.4%, E = 203902 MPa).
