在管道铺设或大型梁架焊接过程中,往往会遇到两个或多个不同轴线的大直径管件相交的情况。工程上,为了管件的相交处焊缝均匀,焊接可靠,需要将相交管件的焊缝处准确切割成型。由于相交管件的直径变化,位置及方向的不同,其焊缝的形状也不相同。因而需要根据具体的相交情况,作出管件接缝处的展开曲线,按曲线制作样板,按样板切割成型,应用CAD手段,可以方便快捷地解决这一问题。
In the pipe laying or large beam welding process, often encounter two or more large diameter pipe with different axes intersect.
