中小企业在我国社会经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用,近年来,随着它的快速发展,对经济增长的贡献也越来越大。然而,面对经济全球化的新形势,中小企业因自身因素约束,导致在财务管理上暴露出了新的问题,许多因为财务困难而难以为继,渐渐失去了与大企业竞争的优势。本文主要对中小企业在财务管理中暴露的问题进行了分析,并为企业财务管理工作的有效开展提出指导和建议,以帮助中小企业更好地适应新环境变化。
Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the social and economic development of our country. In recent years, with its rapid development, the contribution to the economic growth has also been growing. However, faced with the new situation of economic globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are constrained by their own factors, resulting in new problems exposed in financial management. Many are unable to sustain their financial difficulties and gradually lose their competitive edge with large enterprises. This article mainly analyzes the problems exposed by SMEs in the financial management and provides guidance and suggestions for the effective implementation of the enterprise’s financial management so as to help SMEs to better adapt to the new environmental changes.
