编者按:为进一步规范建筑市场,保障建设工程质量和安全施工,云南省建设厅以云建建〔2001〕967号文要求全省建筑业的各类岗位必须经建设行政主管部门规定的安全、技术、监督培训,并经考核合格后执证上岗。这一举措,极大地促进和加强了建筑业的自身管理。现全文刊登,以供其他省市参考。
Editor’s note: In order to further standardize the construction market and ensure the quality of construction projects and safe construction, the Construction Department of Yunnan Province takes Cloud Construction [2001] No. 967 as the requirement that all kinds of posts in the construction industry in the province must be approved by the administrative department of construction, Technology, supervision and training, and pass the examination after passing the post. This measure greatly promoted and strengthened the construction industry’s own management. The full text is published for reference for other provinces and cities.
