本文研究正常人皮肤16个不同部位的寻常型天疱疮(PV)抗原、类天疱疮(BP)抗原和获得性大疱性表皮松解症(EBA)抗原表达的区域性差别。结果表明PV抗原在颊粘膜、头皮、面部和躯干上部表达率较高;BP抗原在腘窝、肘窝、上背、下背、股内侧和下腹部表达率较高;EBA抗原在膝、腘窝、足背、肘、肘窝和下腹部表达率较高。本文提示,正常人皮肤和粘膜不同部位的PV抗原和BP抗原的高表达率基本上与PV和BP的皮损好发部位相一致,而EBA抗原的高表达率只有部分与EBA好发部位相一致。
This article studies the regional differences in the expression of pemphigus vulgaris (PV) antigen, pemphigoid (BP) antigen and acquired epidermolysis bullosa antigen (EBA) antigen in 16 different parts of normal human skin. The results showed that the PV antigen expression in the buccal mucosa, the scalp, facial and upper torso higher expression; BP antigen in the popliteal fossa, cubital fossa, upper back, lower back, the medial and lower abdomen higher expression rate; EBA antigen in the knee, Fossa, dorsal, elbow, cubital fossa and lower abdomen higher expression rate. This paper suggests that the high expression rate of PV antigen and BP antigen in different parts of normal skin and mucosa is basically consistent with the lesions of PV and BP lesions, while the high expression rate of EBA antigen is only partially matched with the EBA- Consistent.
