地球化学探矿扫面样品测锡下限要求1微克/克,测锑要求0.2微克/克,并需大批量快速分析用氢化物发生电热原子吸收法测定是一种有效的方法。根据本室条件,我们装了一种结构简单,使用方便,安全可靠,易于掌握,稳定性和重现性都较好的氢化物发生器。测锡时,波长在224.6nm,灵敏度为0.2ppb/1%吸收;测锑时,波长在217.6nm,灵敏度为0.058ppb/1%吸收。一小时内最少可做60个样品的单项测定。
