目的:对高原地区高氧液在急性一氧化碳中毒抢救应用中的安全性及疗效分析,寻找急性一氧化碳中毒新的救治方法。方法:将51例确诊的急性一氧化碳中毒患者随机分成2组,其中治疗组27例、对照组24例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用高氧液,通过对患者血气分析结果。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,PaO2和SaO2值明显升高。结论:高氧液能加快患者的苏醒时间,减少患者的住院时间,提高治疗效果及预后情况,具有较好的临床应用前景。
Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of hyperoxia liquid in the rescue of acute carbon monoxide poisoning in plateau area, and to find a new treatment method for acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods: 51 patients diagnosed with acute carbon monoxide poisoning were randomly divided into two groups, of which 27 cases in the treatment group and 24 cases in the control group. The control group using conventional treatment, the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment with high oxygen liquid, blood gas analysis results of patients. Results: Compared with the control group, PaO2 and SaO2 values were significantly increased in the treatment group. Conclusion: Hyperoxic liquid can accelerate the recovery time of patients, reduce the hospitalization time, improve the treatment effect and prognosis, and have a good clinical application prospect.
