俄罗斯上巴斯孔查克机务段成功地应用金属喷涂法修复机车零部件。该工艺方法可用于修复柴油机活塞、连杆小头衬套、活塞销以及增压器转子和其它轴类零部件。经修复后的零件各项指标完全与新零件指标相同。文章介绍了ЭМ - 1 7型喷涂装置的结构和工作原理 ,较为详细地介绍了喷涂的工艺过程 ,并指出了注意事项。
Russia Baska Khonchuk locomotive section successfully applied metal spraying method to repair locomotive components. The process can be used to repair diesel pistons, connecting rod head bushings, piston pins and supercharger rotors and other shaft components.
