根据《农业机械安全监督管理条例》(国务院第563号)等有关法律、行政法规规定,现对陕05/00001-陕05/01000号段的谷物联合收割机行驶证、号牌公告作废,本公告自公告之日起生效。被公告谷物联合收割机所有人如有异议,可在公告之日起30天内向原办理注册登记的农机安全监理机构反映。
According to “Agricultural Machinery Safety Supervision and Management Regulations” (State Council 563th) and other relevant laws and administrative regulations, is now on the Shan 05/00001-Shan 05/01000 section of the grain combine harvester driving license, plate notice void this Announcement from the date of announcement effective. If the owner of the announced cereal combine harvester disagrees, he may report it to the agricultural safety supervision institution that originally registered for registration within 30 days from the date of announcement.
