调查高校图书馆开展FAQ咨询服务的现状,分析FAQ服务的优点和目前服务的不足之处,指出要解决目前FAQ服务的不足,就必须用符合时代发展的web2.0技术来改造或升级原有的FAQ系统。介绍了开源FAQ系统phpMyFAQ的功能和特点,指出利用这个系统可以快捷有效地建设FAQ系统。以南京大学图书馆的FAQ问答系统为例说明了实践过程和应用效果。
To investigate the status quo of FAQ consulting service in university libraries, analyze the advantages of the FAQ service and the shortcomings of the current services, and point out that in order to solve the problems of the current FAQ service, we must use the web2.0 technology in line with the development of the times to transform or upgrade the original FAQ system. Introduced the function and characteristic of the open source FAQ system phpMyFAQ, and pointed out that using this system can quickly and effectively build the FAQ system. Taking Nanjing University Library FAQ Q & A system as an example to illustrate the process of practice and application results.
