CrMnN耐酸不锈钢在国内已经研究多年,研究的新钢种正在化工设备制造中逐渐采用,这是结合我国资源情况,节约镍的具有战略意义的工作。在化工设备制造中,焊接是重要的工艺手段。一般CrMnN钢焊接性能良好,用现成的CrNi不锈钢焊条可以得到满意的焊接接头,但考虑到进一步节镍和其他原因,许多CrMnN不锈钢研究和使用单位,都提出采用母材同成分的焊条。如科学院金属研究所为其A4钢,一些制造厂焊接204十Mo钢或其他不同成分CrMnN型不锈钢,都曾专门制备了母材相应成分的焊
CrMnN acid-resistant stainless steel has been studied in China for many years, and the new steel products under study are being gradually adopted in the manufacture of chemical equipment. This is a strategic work that combines the resources of our country and saves nickel. In chemical equipment manufacturing, welding is an important process. General CrMnN steel welding performance is good, with the available CrNi stainless steel welding rod can be satisfied with the welded joints, but for further nickel and other reasons for saving, many CrMnN stainless steel research and use of units, have proposed using the parent material with the same composition of the electrode. For example, the Institute of Metals Institute for its A4 steel, some manufacturers welding 204 Mo or other different components of CrMnN type stainless steel, have specially prepared the base metal corresponding to the composition of the welding
