在当前工业生产过程中,一般采用热电偶来测量温度。由于热电偶的自由端一般与被测热源距离较近,因此自由端的温度波动较大,为了提高测量精度,减小自由端温度波动的影响或实现自由端温度的自动补偿※,通常采用补偿导线作为热电偶与测温仪表之间的连接线。补偿导线的作用就是将热电藕自由端延长到距离热源较远的地方或温度比较稳定的地方。如图1所示。如果以普通铜导线作为热电偶与测温仪表之间的连接线或错用了补偿导线则将影响仪表的测量精度,从而造成不可弥补的损失。
