血小板是人体的“卫士”,它有止血等功能。血小板一旦减少,特别当减少到5万以下时,往往会发生全身多脏器、多部位出血的危险;不及时纠正,就会引起死亡。妊娠后的女性处于特殊的时期,血小板减少,往往会造成严重后果。其中原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)是一种常见病,对即将分娩的母体和婴儿来说更具有危险性。本病最容易导致全身皮肤多处紫癜,碰撞后更加明显,同时牙龈、鼻子出血,产后出血,甚至胎儿颅内出血。
