近四年来,我院共抢救哮喘持续状态患者48例,现将经验和体会介绍如下。临床资料 48例中男28例,女20例;年龄17～68岁;病程3～20年。内源型13例,外源型12例,混合型23例。哮喘持续状态时间1～5天。发热27例,失水30例,紫绀32例。两肺哮鸣音明显者35例,哮鸣音明显减弱者11例,哮鸣音消失者2例。血压<90/60 5例,静脉4例,意识模糊3例。二氧化碳结合力增高15例,降低6例。白细胞升高33例。心电图:电轴右偏10例,p波高尖8
Nearly four years, our hospital a total of 48 cases of patients with persistent state of asthma, now the experience and experience described below. 48 cases of clinical data in 28 males and 20 females; aged 17 to 68 years; duration of 3 to 20 years. 13 cases were endogenous, 12 cases were exogenous and 23 cases were mixed. Asthma lasting state time 1 ~ 5 days. 27 cases of fever, dehydration in 30 cases, 32 cases of cyanosis. Two lung wheezing conspicuously 35 cases, wheeze significantly weakened in 11 cases, wheeze disappeared in 2 cases. Blood pressure <90/60 5 cases, 4 cases of venous, confusion in 3 cases. Carbon dioxide binding increased in 15 cases, decreased in 6 cases. 33 cases of leukocytosis. Electrocardiogram: Right axis partial 10 cases, p-wave high sharp 8
