通过对某灯饰公司作业场所职业卫生学调查及存在的有害物质进行检测,结果显示该企业主要存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘、噪声、苯系物、正己烷、铅烟等。测定18个粉尘作业岗位,粉尘(总尘)浓度超标率为33.3%,测定化学毒物16个作业岗位,苯浓度超标率12.5%,甲苯浓度超标率6.25%,正己烷超标率为43.75%。
Through the investigation of occupational hygiene in the workplace of a lighting company and the existence of harmful substances, the results showed that the main occupational hazards in the company were dust, noise, benzene series, n-hexane, lead smoke and so on. Determination of 18 dust jobs, dust (dust) concentration exceeded the standard rate of 33.3%, the determination of 16 chemical toxic jobs, benzene concentration exceeded the standard rate of 12.5%, toluene concentration exceeded the standard rate of 6.25%, n-hexane overweight rate of 43.75%.
