我国城市化进程在不断加快,城市规模也在不断加大,一些地区在城市建设中片面追求经济利益,忽视了城市建设中规划管理的作用,因此产生了许多的社会问题。随着城市化水平的加快,在城市规划管理也面临巨大挑战,当面对日益复杂的形势,中小城市规划管理现状情况总体不容乐观,存在很多问题有待解决。文章通过研究城市中存在的问题,进而全面分析这些日益复杂的形式变化,并提高有效改进措施,合理进行控制与多方面管理。
In our country, the process of urbanization is accelerating constantly and the size of cities is constantly increasing. Some areas pursued economic interests one-sidedly in urban construction and ignored the role of planning and management in urban construction. As a result, many social problems have arisen. With the acceleration of urbanization, the management of urban planning is also facing great challenges. When faced with the increasingly complex situation, the status quo of planning and management in small and medium-sized cities is generally not optimistic and there are many problems to be solved. By studying the problems existing in the city, the article comprehensively analyzes these increasingly complicated changes in form, and improves effective measures for improvement and reasonable control and management.
