针对钎焊的特点及用途指出了保证钎焊质量而降低施焊温度,是钎焊领域的重要发展动向之一,而快速凝固法是制造非晶态钎料的重要发展方向。简单介绍了快速凝固技术的原理、特点及用途,并对陶瓷-金属的钎焊技术的现状、钎焊难点及钎焊机理与工艺进行了探讨。提出了在精密钎焊和尖端工业领域,快速凝固法制造非晶态钎料,利用非晶态钎料进行钎焊已成为人们日益关注的重点。
According to the characteristics and applications of brazing, it is pointed out that ensuring the quality of brazing and reducing the temperature of brazing are one of the important developments in the field of brazing. Rapid solidification is an important development direction for the manufacture of amorphous brazing filler metal. The principle, characteristics and application of rapid solidification technique are briefly introduced. The current status of ceramic - metal brazing technique, the brazing difficulty and brazing mechanism and technology are also discussed. It is put forward that in the fields of precision brazing and cutting-edge industries, the rapid solidification method to make amorphous brazing filler metal and the brazing using amorphous brazing filler metal have become the focus of increasing concern.
