为深化企业改革步伐,企业必须全面开展经济核算,建立厂内银行,管好用活资金。这是当前企业加强财务管理的重要措施。我厂于1987年12月正式建立了厂内银行。一年多的实践证明,厂内银行在全面开展厂内经济核算、推行部门承包经营责任制,管好用活资金中,起到了积极推动作用,收到了较好的效果,强化了各项经营管理,提高了企业的经济效益。1988年全厂实现产值比上年同期增长28.54％;实现税利比去年同期增长39.63％,为承包指标的121.85％;销售收入比上年(1987年)同期增长36.65％;定额流动资金周转天数由上年89天降到79天。
