本试验把草甘膦用量分为0.5、1.0、1.5公斤/公顷(有效成分,下同)三个等级,与或不与浓度为0.5％的湿润剂埃索凯姆或者弗里盖特混合使用的情况下,对防治沙草科植物、茅草和吉库尤(Kikuyu)杂草的效应进行评价。这次试验取得的结果表明湿润剂埃索凯姆和弗里盖特可以提高草甘膦防治沙草科杂草、茅草和吉库尤杂草的效果,还表明这两种湿润剂与草甘膦使用,可以降低使用草甘膦的成本。试验的8周期间,草甘膦与埃索凯姆混合使用的效果优于草甘膦与弗里盖特混合使用。
