笔者报告56例经手术与病理证实的,大部分具有典型CT表现的脑膜瘤。CT平扫肿瘤呈圆形或类圆形,边界清,肿瘤呈等或略高密度,瘤内可见小点状或不规则低密度区,亦可见多数小点状或不规则钙化,并见灶周水肿,增强扫描肿瘤显著强化。肿瘤位于脑膜旁,有局部颅骨骨质改变等特点有助于诊断与鉴别诊断。
