所谓柔性管理,就是一种对“稳定和变化”同时进行管理的新战略。柔性管理理念的确立,以思维方式从线性到非线性的转变为前提。线性思维的特征是历时性t,而非线性思维的特征是共时性t,也就是同步转型。透过纷繁复杂的表象,发现事物自然演变的顺序,同时意识到接下来的方向,能够发掘潜在市场,进而能够对周围变数应对自如,如此一来,便是对柔性管理最好的诠释。柔性管理以“人性化”为标志,依据信息共享、虚拟整合、竞争性合作、差异性互补等,实现知识由德到显的转化,创造竞争优势。本文阐述了柔性管理的特征、起源以及柔性管理与刚性管理相辅相成的内在必然联系。
The so-called flexible management is a new strategy for managing “stability and change” at the same time. The establishment of the concept of flexible management, the way of thinking from linear to non-linear transformation of the premise. The characteristic of linear thinking is diachronic, while the characteristic of non-linear thinking is synchronicity, that is, synchronous transformation. Discovering the sequence of natural evolution through the complexity of representations while recognizing the next direction, exploiting potential markets and thus adapting to the surrounding variables, is the best interpretation of flexible management. Flexible management is marked by “humanization”, and based on information sharing, virtual integration, competitive cooperation and difference complementarity, the transformation of knowledge from morality to explicitness is realized and a competitive advantage is created. This paper describes the characteristics of flexible management, its origin and the necessary relationship between flexible management and rigid management.
