6月12日,自治区主席王正伟、政协主席项宗西、银川市市委书记徐广国、自治区副主席赵小平等领导在宁夏发电集团董事长刘应宽、总经理何怀兴的陪同下来到宁夏发电集团新能源产业基地视察。宁夏发电集团董事长刘应宽、总经理何怀兴向王正伟一行详细介绍了集团公司新能源装备制造产业发展及基地建设情况,并陪同王正伟一行视察了光伏电池生产线,当了解集团公司已形成自治区首条完整的光伏发电产业链后,王正伟关心地询问了目前新能源装备制造产业的竞争环境和市场销售等问题。
