近两年来,随着出口形势的进一步严峻和世界范围的经济萎缩,招商引资面临着从感性招商向理性招商、随机性招商向必然性招商、综合性招商向专业性招商的转变。如何把握关键点、选准切入点,引导招商引资从粗放向集约转变,是各级政府,特别是县级城市必须认真思考的问题。
In the past two years, with the further grim export situation and the shrinking of the world economy, investment attraction faces the transformation from sensual investment to rational investment, random investment to necessity, comprehensive investment to professional investment. How to grasp the key points, select the right entry point, and guide the transformation of investment from extensive to intensive are the questions that all levels of government, especially the county-level cities, must seriously consider.
