1997年,是对整个“九五”经济和社会事业具有关键意义的发展年。抓住机遇,加快发展,迅速增加全县的经济总量。是摆在我们面前的首要任务。围绕落实好党的十四届五中、六中全会精神,加快推进具有全局意义的两个根本性转变,紧密结合平阴实际,确定了今年我县重点“实施三大工程,加强三大建设”的工作思路,集中人力、物力、财力,在发展规模经济和特色经济上搞突破,促进全县两个文明建设快速协调发展。
