目的:建立同时测定三合平脂胶囊中谷维素与黄连素(盐酸小檗碱)含量的方法。方法:采用微乳液相色谱法。色谱柱为AgilentXBDC18,流动相为微乳(3.3%十二烷基硫酸钠-1.0%正辛烷-10%正丁醇-0.5%三乙胺,磷酸调pH=3),流速为1mL.min-1,二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。结果:黄连素与谷维素检测浓度线性范围均为8~200mg.L-(1r=0.9998、0.9991);平均回收率分别为99.4%(RSD=1.2%)、98.2%(RSD=2.3%)。结论:该法实现了黄连素与谷维素的同时分离测定,且准确度高、重复性好,可用于制剂的质量控制分析。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of oryzanol and berberine hydrochloride in Sanhepingzhi Capsules. Methods: Microemulsion liquid chromatography. The column was Agilent XBDC18, the mobile phase was microemulsion (3.3% sodium dodecyl sulfate-1.0% n-octane -10% n-butanol -0.5% triethylamine, phosphoric acid adjusted to pH = 3) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min -1, diode array detector, detection wavelength of 230nm, the column temperature is 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of berberine and oryzanol was 8 ~ 200 mg.L- (1r = 0.9998,0.9991). The average recoveries were 99.4% (RSD = 1.2%) and 98.2% (RSD = 2.3%), respectively. Conclusion: This method can achieve the simultaneous determination of berberine and oryzanol with high accuracy and repeatability, and can be used for the quality control analysis of preparations.
