作为中学班主任首先必须具备热爱学生,关心学生的基本品质,同时还要有对自己日常教育教学和学生管理实践进行思与反思的良好习惯和能力。这不仅是时代的发展对教育的客观必然要求,也是学校、家长和社会对作为班主任的教师的期望。为此,作为班主任的我们只有也必须学会对教育教学、学生管理的方方面面反思,在反思中不断科学创新与完善,才能更好的做好本职工作,促进班级建设和教育教学发展。
As a middle school class teacher must first have a love of students, concerned about the basic quality of students, but also have their own daily teaching and student management practice thinking and reflection of good habits and abilities. This is not only an objective and inevitable requirement for the development of the times but also an expectation of teachers, who are teachers in charge, by schools, parents and the society. To this end, we as the class teacher must learn to reflect on all aspects of education, teaching and student management. In the continuous innovation and perfection in reflection, we can do a better job of our own work and promote the development of classroom construction and education.
