笔者报告了１５例经临床确诊的川崎病。结合文献对该病的临床特点、病因、病理学基础、胸部Ｘ线表现以及诊断和鉴别诊断进行了分析讨论。
The author reported 15 cases of clinically diagnosed Kawasaki disease. Combined with the literature on the clinical features of the disease, etiology, pathology, chest X-ray findings and diagnosis and differential diagnosis were discussed.
