本文通过对楔横轧变形原理及接触形式的分析,推导了轧制过程中接触区的螺旋面方程,提出了楔横轧变形接触面积及变形载荷的求解方法,计算结果与实测值相符。文章分析了工艺参数对变形载荷的影响,定量地解释了各影响曲线的变化趋势。研究结果对楔横轧金属变形的理论研究及工程应用有一定的参考价值。
Based on the analysis of the deformation principle and the contact form of the cross wedge rolling, the spiral surface equation of the contact area during the rolling process is deduced. The method of solving the contact area and the deformation load of the wedge rolling is proposed. The calculation results agree with the measured values. The article analyzes the influence of process parameters on the deformation load and quantitatively explains the changing trend of each influence curve. The research results have certain reference value to the theoretical research and engineering application of wedge cross rolling metal deformation.
