随着中国石油石化行业的快速发展,油气长输管道建设项目愈来愈多,项目的管理也变得越来越专业化、复杂化。石油管道建设项目的施工过程复杂,工序繁多,其重要的工序有:施工之前的准备→测量时放线→扫线清除障碍→管理材料的运输→布置管道→产品组对→焊接→防腐保温→回填下沟→压力测试→管道通球吹扫→地貌的恢复。石油管道安装施工的质量控制对项目建成后的运行起到重要的作用。
With the rapid development of China’s petroleum and petrochemical industry, more and more oil and gas pipeline projects are under construction and the project management has become more and more specialized and complicated. The construction process of the oil pipeline construction project is complicated and has many processes. The important processes are as follows: preparation before construction → payoff during measurement → remove obstacles of wiping line → transport of management materials → arrange pipeline → pair of products → welding → anti-corrosion and heat preservation → Backfill under the groove → pressure test → pipe through the ball purge → landscape recovery. The quality control of oil pipeline installation and construction plays an important role in the operation after the completion of the project.
