目的观察康妇炎胶囊对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症模型大鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨其治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的机制。方法将大鼠分正常对照组、假手术组、模型组、康妇炎胶囊大中小剂量组,以混合细菌加机械损伤法成功复制大鼠盆腔炎性疾病后遗症模型后,分别灌服蒸馏水及不同剂量康妇炎胶囊20 d,观察各组大鼠免疫指标变化。结果康妇炎胶囊可显著调节模型大鼠免疫指标的表达(P<0.05)。结论康妇炎胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病作用机制可能与其参与免疫调节有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Kangfeiyan capsule on the immunological function of rats with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae and to explore the mechanism of its treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods The rats were divided into normal control group, sham operation group, model group and Kang Fuyan capsule medium and small dose group, and the model of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease was successfully replicated by mixed bacteria and mechanical injury. Dose Kang Fu Yan capsules 20 d, observe the changes of immune indexes of rats in each group. Results Kang Fuyan capsule can significantly regulate the expression of immune parameters in model rats (P <0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of Kang Fuyan Capsule in treating pelvic inflammatory disease may be related to its involvement in immune regulation.
