In the situation where the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party proposed the establishment of a socialist market economic system and various major reform measures were introduced one after another, we held the fifth meeting of small watershed governance in the province. The central issue of this meeting is that according to the important instructions of the central leading comrades in inspecting the province when they auctioned the right to use the “Four Wilderness” to speed up the harnessing and development of small watersheds, the meeting summed up the exchange experiences of treating water from rivers and mountains in our province in recent two years.
