我国服务型领导形成的理论基础是马克思主义公仆理论和毛泽东为人民服务理论的丰富和发展。研究和重构社会主义的服务型领导既是中国共产党领导观的本质体现,也是社会主义领导的本质体现。既是社会主义民主政治环境发展的需要,也是社会主义市场经济发展的需要,更是构建服务型政府和社会主义和谐社会的需要。
The theoretical basis for the formation of service-oriented leadership in our country is the enrichment and development of Marxist public servant theory and Mao Zedong’s theory of serving the people. To study and reconstruct the socialist service-oriented leadership is not only the essence of the CPC leadership concept, but also the essence of the socialist leadership. It not only serves the needs of the socialist democratic political environment but also the development of the socialist market economy. It is also the need to build a service-oriented government and a harmonious socialist society.
