大凡酒楼的菜,都冠以美名,如“满堂红”、“孔雀开屏”、“贵妃醉酒”等,这些动听的菜名,能满足食客的心理需求,也能诱发用餐人的食欲。由此我想到,我们也可利用这一着满足孩子的心理需求,让孩子愿意吃、吃得香、吃得开心。于是我效用此法,每天用餐时给菜取名。具体的做法是在孩子吃饭前,老师绘声绘色地讲一讲菜,问幼儿菜是什么颜色,闻闻菜的香味,然后给菜起个名
