病毒性心肌炎的临床表现较为复杂,轻者可无症状,重者可猝死.典型者诊断较易,不典型者诊断极为困难.根据1978年九省市“小儿病毒性心肌炎的诊断指标”和1980年九省市心肌炎协作组“病毒性心肌炎诊断依据参考”,将我院自1980年6月到1984年6月4年间收治的30例病毒性心肌炎患者,做回顾性诊断分析如下.
