近几年,由于国家颁布了新财务制度和会计制度,导致高校财务管理工作变得更加困难,它不仅让传统的高校财务管理模式受到挑战,也推动了高校财务体制改革的步伐。国家财务政策引发的全方位影响,加大了高校财务管理工作的压力,之前的财务人事制度跟不上时代的步伐,且财务人员整体素质偏低,对高校财务进行创新管理造成了巨大的挑战。基于此,本文分析了现代高校财会队伍建设的弊端并提出合理的建议,以期提高高校财务管理水平。
In recent years, the state has promulgated a new financial system and accounting system, which has led to more difficult financial management in colleges and universities. It not only challenges the traditional financial management mode of colleges and universities, but also promotes the pace of financial system reform in colleges and universities. The all-encompassing influence triggered by the state financial policy has increased the pressure on financial management in colleges and universities. The previous financial personnel system can not keep up with the pace of the times and the overall quality of financial staff is low, posing a huge challenge to the innovative management of college finance . Based on this, this article analyzes the shortcomings of the construction of accounting team in modern colleges and puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve the financial management of colleges and universities.
