水污染使水资源受到严重破坏，制定一个较好的法律，有效地防治水污染，是立法工作者的一项重要任务。修改《水污染防治法》除了要考虑世界各国通行的防治水污染的原则、制度外，还要考虑我国的国情。本文着重从我国水资源与水资源管理现状谈《水污染防治法》修改中的几个问题
