当前招投标市场存在的问题繁多,面对这些问题招投标市场必须要尽可能地将工作重点放到公开、公平、公正的原则上来,保证招投标市场的稳定。本文在分析招投标市场存在的主要问题的基础上,进行了相关解决对策的探讨,提出了透明性、竞争性、法制性为主的基本原则,总结了明确评标方式,全面细化招投标模式,针对具体工程提高中标率的相关对策,对完善投标工作的实效性,使得招投标工作能够成为经济社会发展中的有利竞争手段提供了宝贵建议。
There are many problems in the current bidding market.
