近几年来,我国的一些矿山积极开展了无底柱分段崩落法的试验研究和应用,取得了不少宝贵经验,为大打矿山之仗作出了可喜的成绩;特别是冶金部和一机部在大庙铁矿召开的经验交流会,总结交流了主要经验,并为今后指出了研究改进的方向。从大庙铁矿的生产实践来看,无底柱分段崩落法适用于开采矿石比较稳固、围岩不稳的厚大或急倾斜中厚以上矿体。会议中指出此法比有底柱采矿法具有下列优点:易于实现机械化、开采强度大、劳动生产率高;简化了工艺结构,管理方便,作业安全;回采成本低,回采率较高,以及可以选别回采,因此,此法实属一种高效率采矿法。但是,此法目前还存在若干问题,如矿石损失与贫化较大、采场内通风条件较差等等,尚待进一步研究改进。
In recent years, some mines in our country have actively carried out experimental research and application of subsea subsidence caving method and have obtained a lot of valuable experiences and made gratifying achievements for the battle of mines; especially, the Ministry of Metallurgy and a machine Ministry of Science and Technology held an experiential exchange meeting in Dawu Iron Mine to summarize and exchange major experiences and pointed out the direction for improvement in the future. Judging from the production practice of Daomiao Iron Mine, the pillarless caving method is applicable to the mining of thick ore or steeply inclined moderate-thick ore bodies with relatively stable ore and unstable rock. The meeting noted that this method of bottomed pillar mining has the following advantages: easy mechanization, high mining intensity and high labor productivity; simplified process structure, easy management and safe operation; low recovery cost, high recovery rate, and optional Do not go back to mining, therefore, this method is indeed an efficient mining method. However, there are still some problems in this method, such as large ore loss and depletion, poor ventilation conditions in the stope, etc., and further research and improvement are needed.
