一、概况 音美楼由音乐系、美术系两部分组成,音乐系120名学生,美术系140名学生。总建筑面积为7390平方米,另设有5级人防地下室410平方米。建筑位置在学院院内北部正中,南对学校运动场,北临城市规划道路。设计范围东西长162米,南北宽55米,呈狭长之形状。工程决算造价280万元(单方造价350元/平方米),于1983年底竣工投入使用。
I. Overview Yinmeilou consists of two departments: the music department and the fine arts department. There are 120 students in the music department and 140 students in the fine arts department. The total construction area is 7390 square meters, and another level 5 civil air defense basement is 410 square meters. The building is located in the middle north of the college yard, facing the school sports field in the south and facing the city planning road in the north. The design range is 162 meters long from east to west and 55 meters wide from north to south. It is a narrow and long shape. The final project cost of 2.8 million yuan (unilateral cost 350 yuan/square meter) was completed and put into use at the end of 1983.
