在经济和信息技术日益发展的时代大趋势下,电力企业的内部也逐渐开始向信息化转型,而资金与人力作为与企业的发展息息相关的两大元素,它们对于企业的重要性不言而喻,在经济全球化的大趋势之下,人力资源对于企业发展的重要性就得以彰显。因此集中分析了基于可持续发展电力企业职工的相关培训模式,以期为电力企业的人力资源管理提供相应的建议,进而促进电力企业完善其内部人员管理体系,从而促进我国电力事业的发展。
With the trend of economic and information technology being developed day by day, the internal transformation of electric power enterprises has gradually begun to be transformed into information technology. However, capital and manpower are two major elements that are closely related to the development of an enterprise. They are self-evident to the importance of an enterprise Under the general trend of economic globalization, the importance of human resources to the development of enterprises can be demonstrated. Therefore, this paper focuses on the relevant training mode based on the sustainable development of employees in electric power enterprises, with a view to provide recommendations for the human resources management of power enterprises, and then to promote the power companies to improve their internal personnel management system to promote the development of China’s power industry.
