内皮细胞在动脉粥样硬化斑块形成中有着重要的作用。内皮细胞受损、血管壁通透性增加,构成血脂浸入动脉壁的基础。作者以兔主动脉为材料分别取用动脉内股面贴块和胶原酶消化离解内皮细胞方法培养内皮细胞,均获得良好结果。前者方法简易,细胞成活率高,但原代细胞成分较杂。后者可以获得一定量的内皮细胞,细胞生长良好,但易因消化时间过长造成细胞损伤和带下动脉壁的其他细胞,影响内皮细胞培养的纯度。用贴块方法培养的内皮细
Endothelial cells play an important role in the formation of atherosclerotic plaques.
