第一条(目的和依据) 为了加强本市文物经营的管理,保护国家历史文化遗产,根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》(以下简称《文物保护法》)及其实施细则等法律、法规,结合本市实际情况,制定本办法。第二条(适用范围) 本办法适用于本市范围内文物的经营及其管理活动。第三条(管理部门) 上海市文物管理委员会(以下简称市文管委)负责本市文物经营的管理工作。各级公安、海关、工商、物价、税务、商业等行政管理部门应当按照各自的职责,配合做好文物经营管理工作。
